Bringing Back the Good Old Days

Shropshire's has been farming in the Fens since 1952, when Guy Shropshire bought his first 300 acre farm near Ely. The rich, black soil is ideal for growing salads and vegetables and today three generations of Shropshires work the farms in Cambridge and Norfolk. We grow conventional and organic crops, which are hand-harvested and usually packed in the field and rushed to market to reach our customers at their freshest.
